> I came to graduate school to become a versatile scientist, unafraid to follow interesting questions wherever they might lead! Harvard BBS stood out to me because students learn not only a wide breadth of biology in courses but also how to tackle universally exciting, challenging problems in small-group discussions with world-renown faculty. These examples reflect the BBS culture in which great scientists are made in any discipline of biology, through following their curiosity and mastering skills.
