The People Powering Progress in Spinal Cord Injury Research

Meet Brooke & Jason. After her stepfather sustained a spinal cord injury, Brooke became the first woman to skateboard across America, raising more than $55,000 for Wings for Life and for research. Jason became a spinal cord injury (SCI) researcher at Harvard Medical School after sustaining a SCI in 2019. When Brooke visited Jason at a Wings for Life-funded lab earlier this year, their shared commitment to progress came to life. Different journeys. One shared purpose.
