Owen started in the BBS program in Fall 2025. Born in Ottawa, Canada, he attended Queen’s University for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in biology and mathematics. Now in the Jänne lab, he focuses on uncovering vulernabilities in non-small cell lung cancer to identify new therapeutic opportunities. Outside of the lab, he enjoys watching hockey and cooking.
